The customer will determine or provide the sculpture reference pattern → The clay plastic craftsman will make the 1:1 clay model according to the customer’s requirements → The clay sculpture will be confirmed by the customer → confirm the mud draft and then turn the mold (silicone mold)
Small bronze angel statue production requires the use of a precision casting process → re-casting (paraffin) model → making sculpture-shaped shells with quartz sand and other fine casting materials → de-waxing of baked shells → firing shells → casting copper water → waiting for copper water After cooling, the shell is broken, then the copper is finished by welding → the surface of the copper is polished, the surface is finished, chemical coloring, anti-corrosion and other treatments are completed → the Bronze Angel is finished → the customer acceptance is completed → delivery
